Dr. Wana R. Ellison, PsyD, LPC, LADC

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Wana Ellison, PsyD, LPC, LADC, is the Chief Executive Officer at Red Rock BHS. Her time is shared between practicing, consulting, supervising, and clinical oversight. She is a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about educating clients and staff in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She has had the honor of seeing firsthand the exceptional outcomes of CBT.

Dr. Ellison received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with Honors from Southern Nazarene University and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with Honors from Texas School of Psychology. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Psychology degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Texas School of Psychology. She completed her clinical psychology practicum and internship years at the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Her previous academic positions include an Adjunct Professorship, teaching both Ethics as well as Drug and Alcohol Theories in the Graduate Program in Counseling and Psychology at Southern Nazarene University.

Since beginning her career at Red Rock in 2011, Dr. Ellison has directed and supervised outpatient programs including: outpatient for mental health and substance use, drug court, mental health court, Medication Assisted Treatment with Suboxone, and children’s outpatient programs. Additionally, she has worked to implement CBT curriculums across diverse populations. Dr. Ellison is a nationally certified trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist (TF-CBT) and was instrumental in the development and design of Red Rock’s children’s outpatient center, Planet Rock. Through careful planning, Dr. Ellison incorporated trauma-informed practices and TF-CBT into the design of Planet Rock ensuring the clinic provides a therapeutic space. Dr. Ellison has been instrumental in contributing creative ideas for federal grants that Red Rock was successfully awarded. Such grants include Red Rock’s Virtual Outpatient program, Route 180 (a program aimed at breaking the 360 cycle of inpatient), and Equal Ops (an initiative specifically addressing social determinants of health).

Dr. Ellison’s contributions to clinical psychology have made her a visionary in her field and has ensured Red Rock provides innovative services and the highest quality of technology driven, evidenced-based care.

Kile Kuykendall

Chief Financial Officer

Kile Kuykendall is the Chief Financial Officer for Red Rock Behavioral Health Services.   He has been with Red Rock BHS for more than10 years and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.  

During his tenure with Red Rock BHS, Kile has been promoted from General Ledger Accountant to Financial Controller, to Chief Financial Officer.  He has over 15 years of leadership and accounting experience and has extensive knowledge of Red Rock BHS’s financial systems.   Kile is from Moore, Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services, where she is a dedicated member of the team for 10 years. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Stephanie brings a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to her role. Her extensive experience in the HR field has positioned her as a key leader in fostering a supportive and positive work culture.

A passionate advocate for employee growth and development, Stephanie is committed to helping team members enhance their subject expertise and realize their full potential. She believes in the importance of nurturing a workplace where individuals are empowered to thrive, contributing not only to personal success but to the overall success of the organization.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family, embracing experiences that foster personal growth and well-being.

Ariel Joseph

Ariel Joseph

Chief Operating Officer

Ariel Joseph is the Chief Operating Officer for Red Rock Behavioral Health Services. She oversees operations within the outpatient offices in the Metro and East regions of the state covering Oklahoma County, Lincoln County, Pottawattamie County, Cleveland County, and McClain County. Daily duties include the direct and indirect supervision of staff members while also monitoring grants and financial contracts in her areas regarding programs and services.

Ariel attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas for her Bachelor’s degree in 2010 and Master’s degree in 2014. She graduated in August 2016 with her Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology.

After receiving her education, Ariel moved to the Oklahoma City area to begin using her degree within the community mental health sector. She started at Red Rock in February 2017 as a therapy candidate under clinical supervision. Within her 9 years at Red Rock, she has held different positions and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer-East.

Jason Cornelius, M.Ed., LPC

Jason Cornelius, M.Ed., LPC

Chief Operating Officer

Jason Cornelius, M.Ed., LPC, serves as Chief Operating Officer for Red Rock Behavioral Health Services’ Western Area. He has been with Red Rock since 2001 and brings nearly 30 years of organizational leadership experience across behavioral health, clinical services, and operations. His professional time is divided between organizational consulting, operational leadership, and clinical supervision, with a strong passion for advancing high-quality services and exceptional experiences for both clients and staff.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Music Education from Southern Nazarene University in 1998 and his Master of Community Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2001 with accomplishing licensure as a clinical therapist for over 15 years. His journey with Red Rock began in 1998 as a SWOSU practicum student in music therapy. Since that time, he has served in a wide range of direct service and leadership roles, including outreach, outpatient rehabilitation services, homeless housing projects, case management, crisis services, and licensed clinical therapy.

 

Over the course of his career, Jason has counseled countless individuals and has supervised and mentored numerous clinical and operational staff. He has held national certification as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for more than a decade. He currently oversees Cohen Veterans Network clinics at Red Rock sites in Oklahoma and Colorado and brings more than 18 years of experience working with domestic violence perpetrators through Batterers Intervention Programs.

Beyond his operational and clinical leadership, Jason is deeply committed to community service. He serves on multiple boards advocating for individuals experiencing homelessness, veterans, and community-based and faith organizations. He is the current President of the Red Rock Military Services Board. Jason has presented at numerous community venues, state conferences, and university settings on topics including homeless housing, service provision, and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC). He has also been selected to represent Red Rock at national advocacy and educational initiatives related to CCBHC.

Throughout his tenure, Jason has played a key role in strengthening organizational operations by serving on multiple committees focused on service delivery, risk management, organizational structure, marketing, and workplace culture and wellness. Jason has also been an active leader in his local Nazarene church for more than 25 years, serving as music leader, discipleship teacher, and board member.
