Assistant Team Leader

to the general ledger and aging of Accounts Receivable.
Maintains all Accounts Receivable procedures, fee schedules and
ensures compliance with all applicable guidelines.
Reconciliation/review of accounts payable, accounts receivable,
and payroll journals. Generation of financial reports,
monitoring of grant compliance maintenance of fixed asset sub
ledgers and participation in annual independent audit. Timely
monthly closing of the general ledger; Timely, accurate
processing of all financial information; Direct communication
with independent and contract auditors providing required
documentation; Maintenance of required files, including
computerized and physical filing system
