Assistant Team Leader

Assists the Team Leader in establishing, administering and directing the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), a self-contained clinical team that assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Assists in supervising and evaluating the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients. Functions as a practicing clinician on the team and acts as Team Leader in the absence of the Team Leader.

Relevant Master’s degree and appropriate licensure

 

One year experience in mental health field preferred. One year supervisor/management experience. Knowledge of PACT model.

Excellent verbal, written communication and computer skills.

Provides treatment for existing and emergency health care conditions. Assesses for medical appropriateness for admission and continually assesses throughout clients’ stay.

Mental Health Assistants 

Children’s Crisis Unit

Weekends, all shifts

Provides support to staff in crisis unit as needed including assisting with groups, paperwork, cooking and cleaning. 

High school diploma or equivalent

One year of experience in mental health field required; two years’ experience preferred.  Excellent communication skills.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator/General Ledger Accountant

Coordinates all Red Rock billing for service reimbursement. Communicates with Medicaid, Medicare, HMO’s, contractors, insurance companies, etc.  Processes monthly insurance and contract service billings. Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable balances to the general ledger and aging of Accounts Receivable. Maintains all Accounts Receivable procedures, fee schedules and ensures compliance with all applicable guidelines. Reconciliation/review of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll journals.  Generation of financial reports, monitoring of grant compliance maintenance of fixed asset sub ledgers and participation in annual independent audit. Timely monthly closing of the general ledger; Timely, accurate processing of all financial information; Direct communication with independent and contract auditors providing required documentation; Maintenance of required files, including computerized and physical filing system

Bachelors degree business

Five years of experience in accounts receivable/public accounting experience or non-profit accounting environment.

Accounts Receivable Technician

 

Full Time

Prepares billing for service reimbursement; Medicaid, Medicare, contractors, insurance companies, etc.  Monitors utilization of services.  Researches on all denials, rebilling, etc.  Records on a daily basis for incoming receipts.  Reconciles accounts receivable balances and aging of accounts receivable. Inputs cash receipts information into accounts receivable system. Posts cash receipts and cash adjustments; prepares manual journals and performs input.

High School diploma. Prefer college or vocational degree.

 

One year experience in area of accounts receivable, billing and cash collections, recording.

IT Technician

 

Full Time

Provide support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Provide help desk support of enterprise software, hardware including XP, MS Office

Prefer relevant Associate or Bachelors degree.
