Description
Provides case management for an assigned group of clients including coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team; assumes primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising overall treatment goals and plans.
Education
Bachelor degree in mental health related field. Case Management certification preferred.
Experience
One year of experience in mental health setting with case management experience. Excellent communication skills as well as computer knowledge.

Chemical Dependency Technician- Jordan's Crossing: Part-Time & On-Call
Description
Acts as an integral part of the treatment team in assisting consumers and their dependent children in a residential facility. Participates as a rehab group leader/ assistant, monitors clients at all times and provides support to clinical staff.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Previous mental health/substance abuse experience preferred.
Director of Wellness- Full Time
Description
Provide primary health care services to individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis. Services will be limited to primary health care and screening.
Education
Current licensure as a Physician or APN in the State of Oklahoma. Current DEA and OBNDD.
Experience
Experience in community mental health setting. Psychiatric experience preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric medications.
IT Technician- Full Time
Description
Provide support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Provide help desk support of enterprise software, hardware including XP, MS Office, capable of basic desktop support, install new hardware/software along with other duties related to agency needs.
Education
Prefer relevant Associate or Bachelors degree.
Experience
Prefer four years of experience. Must have Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current auto insurance.
Licensed Mental Health Professional- PACT, Full Time
Description
Coordinates, implements and provides services to clients with severe mental illness under the supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist. Will provide case management, therapy and rehabilitative services in the community and work as part of a team.
Education
Relevant Masters degree and licensure. Prefer LPC or LCSW. Prefer CM certification.
Experience
Prefer 2 years experience in mental health field. Must have Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current auto insurance. Must also have excellent verbal and written skills, supervisory skills, be flexible and adaptable, have good computer knowledge as well as willing to work with the mentally ill.
Mental Health Assistant- OKC Housing, Part Time Night Shift
Description
Provides assistance to consumers in the OKC Housing program. Assists with rehabilitative services, advocacy, linkage and referral. Maintains required documentation.

Recovery Support Specialist- OKC Outpatient, Full Time
Description
Provides information and peer support for consumers in emergency or outpatient settings.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer Bachelor Degree in mental health related field as well as an RSS, CM or BHRS certification.
Experience
Prefer one year of experience with SPMI adult population. Must have Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current Auto Insurance. Must be familiar with Oklahoma County and driving a 15 passenger van.
