Description
Provides rehabilitative and case management services for clients in our outpatient program. May act as a liaison with community agencies. Maintains required caseload, completed required clinical records in a timely manner meeting all deadlines and documentation requirements; meets productivity standards as established by the agency.
Education
Bachelors Degree in mental health related field. Prefer CM or BHRS certification.
Experience
Previous experience in mental health or related field preferred. Excellent communication skills as well as computer knowledge. Must have Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current Auto Insurance.

Child Care Worker- Jordan's Crossing: Residential Treatment Facility for Women and Dependent Children , Full Time
Description
Responsible for collaborative efforts in a residential and substance abuse facility to provide child care and create a developmentally appropriate, positive and safe program for children.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Previous experience in a child care setting. Prefer experience with trauma effect children and families. Effective verbal and written communication skill as well as good computer knowledge. Must have Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current Auto Insurance.

Counselor- Jordan's Crossing: Residential Treatment Facility for Women and Dependent Children, Full Time
Description
Provides Screening and Counseling services for an assigned group of clients including coordination and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team; assumes primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising overall treatment goals and plans.
Education
Master's degree in mental health related field. LADC, LPC or under supervision for licensure. Prefer CM certification.
Experience
One year of experience in mental health setting with case management experience. Excellent communication skills. Computer knowledge.

Director of Wellness- Full Time
Description
Provide primary health care services to individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis. Services will be limited to primary health care and screening.
Education
Current licensure as a Physician or APN in the State of Oklahoma. Current DEA and OBNDD.
Experience
Experience in community mental health setting. Psychiatric experience preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric medications.

General Ledger Accountant- Full Time
Description
Responsible for all general ledger activities. Reconciliation/review of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll journals. Generation of financial reports, monitoring of grant compliance, maintenance of fixed asset sub ledgers and participation in annual audits.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Experience
Prefer three years of experience in public accounting or non-profit accounting environment. CPA preferred.

IT Systems Operations Manager- Full Time
Description
Coordinates with IT Manager regarding system management and operating procedures. Responsible for developing and maintaining server infrastructure. Evaluate, make recommendations, develop implementation plans and implement new server hardware, network operation system upgrades and changes and enterprise applications. Works with other IT Staff to support all areas of IT infrastructure related to position responsibilities. Provides direct support to all customers regarding PC hardware and software issues and network issues.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from technical school.
Experience
Five years related experience and/or training. Administrative experience with MS Windows Server 2003/2010.

IT Technician- Full Time
Description
Provide support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Provide help desk support of enterprise software, hardware including XP, MS Office, capable of basic desktop support, install new hardware/software along with other duties related to agency needs.
Education
Prefer relevant Associate or Bachelors degree.

Licensed Mental Health Professional- PACT, Full Time
Description
Coordinates, implements and provides services to clients with severe mental illness under the supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist. Will provide case management, therapy and rehabilitative services in the community and work as part of a team.
Education
Relevant Masters degree and licensure. Prefer LPC or LCSW. Prefer CM certification.
Experience
Prefer 2 years experience in mental health field. Must have Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current auto insurance. Must also have excellent verbal and written skills, supervisory skills, be flexible and adaptable, have good computer knowledge as well as willing to work with the mentally ill.

Medical Records Technician- Jordan's Crossing: Residential Treatment Facility for Women and Dependent Children , Full Time
Description
Compile, verify, file/scan records in participants clinical chart; assists other medical records staff in completing assigned duties/projects; Assists other program areas as needed.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Previous medical records/ clerical experience preferred.

Recovery Support Specialist- OKC Outpatient, Full Time
Description
Works in collaboration with consumers and clinical staff to promote the best interests of the individual's recovery process. Facilitate activities that support and strengthen recovery. Assist in setting up and sustaining self-help (mutual support) groups. Assist consumer in problem-solving and to learn how to self-advocate. Assist in building community involvement and development of natural support systems.
Education
Certified by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a C-RSS or C-PRSS. Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
Have demonstrated recovery from a mental illness, substance abuse disorder or both. Be at least 18 years of age. Must have Valid Oklahoma Driver License, Current Auto Insurance and Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
