Care Coordinator- Systems of
Care, Full Time
Description
Provides intensive crisis support, family team-building and education programs that serve to help preserve, strengthen and restore the integrity of the family.
Education
Bachelors Degree in mental health- related field.
Experience
Previous mental health experience. Excellent computer knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a Valid Oklahoma Driver License, clean Motor Vehicle Record and current auto insurance.
Family Support Provider- Systems of Care, Full Time
Description
Provides any necessary support and education programs to families and children involved in Systems of Care. Acts as a liaison between families and community resources.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Personal advocacy experience with one or more of the following: OJA, DDSD, DHS, mental health, courts and/or school systems. Must have a Valid Oklahoma Driver License, clean Motor Vehicle Record and current auto insurance.
