Lead Therapist- Full Time
Description
Manages the clinical activities of Satellite office. Under general supervision, directs and manages the provision of all outpatient services. Works with the Chief Operating Officer and Regional Program Director to assure financial viability and contract compliance of assigned programs. Maintains knowledge and familiarity of the goals and objectives of the Agency for the region. Provides direct care to clients as administrative duties allow.
Education
Relevant Masters degree with appropriate licensure, or license eligible.
Experience
Two years of supervisory experience and experience in mental health field preferred. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, computer knowledge.
