Family Support Provider- Lincoln Co. Systems of Care, Full Time
Description
Provides any necessary support and education programs to families and children involved in Systems of Care. Acts as a liaison between families and community resources.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Personal advocacy experience with one or more of the following: OJA, DDSD, DHS, mental health, courts and/or school systems. Must have a Valid Oklahoma Driver License, clean Motor Vehicle Record and current auto insurance.

Van Driver/ Mental Health Aide-  2 Part Time Positions
Description
Provides transportation and other general program duties for consumers in the Chandler PSR program.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Prior mental health service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Valid Oklahoma Driver License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Current Auto Insurance.

Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist/ Case Manager- Part Time
Description
Provides case management for an assigned group of clients including coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team; assumes primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising overall treatment goals and plans.
Education
Bachelors degree in mental health related field.
Experience
Prefer 2 years experience with adult population in an outpatient setting. Must have Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record and current auto insurance. Must also have good computer knowledge as well as willing to work home-based services.
